How do I return a product for refund?

You have 14 days from the reception of your order to return your product(s), without extra cost. The product(s) must be returned in original packaging, with all tags attached, in perfect condition, and with any invoice(s). Before returning any product(s) for refund, you must first email to obtain a returns number. Items must be returned to the following address;

Any damaged, stained or incomplete products will not be refunded. Delivery costs are at customers charge.
